One Account Per Player

kesino is strictly for players aged 18 and above. Age verification is required before withdrawals are processed. Any account found to belong to a minor will be permanently closed and all funds returned to the depositing payment source.

Bonus Wagering Requirements

Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kesino will never ask for your password via email or support chat. Any suspicious login activity should be reported to [email protected] without delay.
Prohibited Activities
Fraudulent chargebacks, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, and multi-accounting are all strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

1. Definitions
The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this document. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and kesino. By registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age and legally entitled to engage in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- All information you provide to kesino is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
- You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that there is no guarantee of profit from any wager placed on the Platform.
These Terms may be amended by kesino at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated review date. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your Account.
Language of Agreement
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation into another language for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
3. Account Registration & Eligibility
3.1 Registration Requirements
To open an Account with kesino, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You must be aged 18 or above. kesino reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any information provided at registration at any time, without prior notice.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to maintain only one active Account on the Platform. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one Account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, kesino will:
- Suspend all associated Accounts pending investigation.
- Void all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds across all duplicate Accounts.
- Return net deposited funds (total deposits minus total withdrawals already made) at our sole discretion, subject to anti-fraud review.
- Report the activity to relevant fraud prevention services where required.
3.3 KYC Verification
All Accounts are subject to KYC verification before the first withdrawal is approved. Documents we may request include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and — where relevant — documentary evidence of the payment method used to make deposits. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of all requested documents being submitted. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may result in Account suspension.
3.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. kesino will never request your password by email, support chat, or any other channel. You must notify [email protected] immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person. kesino will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login details.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
kesino accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your Wallet in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes depending on your payment provider's processing times. kesino does not charge any fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will result in the funds being returned, along with a potential Account review.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your Account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:
- Your Account must have completed KYC verification.
- The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available Real Money balance (Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until associated wagering requirements have been met in full).
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Where this is not technically feasible, kesino will contact you to confirm an alternative.
Approved withdrawals are typically credited to your payment method within 1–3 hours for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay during BST business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. kesino reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000, which may extend processing time by up to 48 hours.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kesino does not charge currency conversion fees. If your payment method settles in a different currency, any applicable conversion is handled by your payment provider at their current exchange rate, and kesino bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.
No Hidden Fees
kesino does not charge any platform-level fees on deposits or withdrawals. The amounts you see quoted in your Account dashboard are the amounts you receive or send. Any fees shown are those levied by your own payment provider, over which kesino has no control.
5. Bonus & Promotions Policy
5.1 General Bonus Terms
From time to time, kesino offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentive offers to registered players. All such promotions are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering Requirements are stated on each individual promotion page and typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. The following general rules apply to wagering requirements across all kesino promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
- Slot games contribute 100% of each wager toward the Wagering Requirement.
- Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger) contribute 10% of each wager.
- Sports betting wagers contribute 100% only when placed at odds of 1.80 or greater.
- Wagers placed on games that are excluded from bonus play do not count toward any Wagering Requirement.
- Wagering Requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonuses expire after 30 days and are removed from your Account along with any associated winnings.
5.3 Welcome Bonus
New players who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the kesino welcome bonus: a 100% match on your first deposit up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the first deposit must be a minimum of ৳1,000. The welcome bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus on a second account will be treated as a violation of the One Account Policy under Section 3.2.
5.4 Abuse of Promotions
kesino reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has exploited, abused, or attempted to circumvent the spirit of any promotion. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedged bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, and using automated software to process wagering. Players found to have abused promotions may be permanently banned from all future promotional offers.
6. Game Rules & Fairness
6.1 RNG Certification
All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games offered on the kesino Platform — including slots, virtual table games, and arcade games such as Lucky Gods Fishing and Fortune Ox — are sourced from providers who hold independent RNG certification from accredited testing laboratories. This certification confirms that game outcomes are statistically random and not manipulated in favour of the house beyond the published house edge. kesino can provide RTP (Return to Player) documentation for any specific game on request via [email protected].
6.2 Live Casino Games
Live dealer games streamed on the Platform are operated by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. These providers operate under their own independently audited procedures for card shuffling, wheel spinning, and dealing. kesino does not control the physical elements of live game delivery but holds its providers to strict contractual standards of fairness and uptime.
6.3 Sports Betting
Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers, ICC events) and other sporting events, are offered at odds determined by kesino's trading team based on market data at the time of publication. kesino reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an obvious pricing error has occurred, notifying the affected player by email within 24 hours. Void bets are returned to the player's Wallet at the original stake.
6.4 Disconnection and Technical Errors
In the event of a disconnection during a game round, kesino's system records the state of play at the point of disconnection. Upon reconnection, you will be returned to the game at the recorded state, with any wagers already committed remaining in force. If a technical error results in a game being voided entirely, your stake will be returned. kesino is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues outside of its control on the player's side.
7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
7.1 General Obligations
As a registered player on the kesino Platform, you agree at all times to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and KYC verification, and update that information promptly if it changes.
- Use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
- Not attempt to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
- Treat other players, live dealers, and kesino support staff with respect. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language directed at any person will result in immediate Account suspension.
- Report any software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities to [email protected] rather than exploiting them.
7.2 Strictly Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:
- Multi-accounting: Operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or another identity, real or fabricated.
- Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your payment provider after funds have been used for wagering on the Platform.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
- Automated software: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any automated means to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
- Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. kesino cooperates fully with law enforcement requests relating to suspected money laundering.
- Exploitation of errors: Knowingly taking advantage of any technical error, pricing mistake, or software malfunction to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable.
- Underage access: Attempting to access the Platform while under the age of 18, or assisting a minor in doing so.
Zero Tolerance for Fraud
kesino employs real-time fraud detection tools and reviews all unusual account activity. Accounts suspended for fraud-related violations will not be reinstated. All associated funds will be subject to legal review before any decision on their return is made.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Suspension by kesino
kesino reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited activity.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gaming tools.
- Legal or regulatory obligation to do so.
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any funds in the Wallet at the time of suspension will be held securely. If the investigation concludes that the Account holder is not at fault, funds will be released in full. If a breach of these Terms is confirmed, funds may be partially or fully forfeited in accordance with the specific provision that was violated.
8.2 Voluntary Closure
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any active wagering requirements associated with bonus funds will lapse. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Once closed, an Account may be reopened upon written request, subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period and fresh KYC verification if more than 12 months have elapsed since closure.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem can request self-exclusion via the Account Settings panel or by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is locked and cannot be used for deposits, wagering, or promotional claims. Any self-exclusion request is processed immediately upon confirmation. 8.4 Governing Language and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The English language version of these Terms is the definitive version. In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the English text shall prevail. Disputes relating to individual game outcomes, transactions, or account actions should be raised first with the kesino support team at [email protected]. kesino aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the player may seek resolution through the applicable dispute resolution process relevant to their jurisdiction.
